Kevin Klein, President

Kevin Klein founded Klein Consulting Services in 2021, bringing to clients more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the broad hospitality industry.

His expertise includes restaurant and hotel operations, guest relations, sales, marketing, and special events in the social and corporate industries. Instrumental in facilitating the opening of multiple multi-million-dollar restaurant operations, Kevin has played active roles in the ground-up build-out, design, menu development, hiring and training, local marketing, and openings of restaurants with as many as 75 employees.

Kevin’s work experience includes the Four Seasons Hotel, Hakkasan Group, and serving as Director of Catering and Conference Service for the Viceroy Hotel Group. At KCS, he capitalizes on his strengths to transition underperforming organizations or build new businesses into top producers. Among his accomplishments, Kevin successfully launched Red Carpet Events and Red Carpet Limousine, which provide services to the hospitality sector. Success launching new operations and substantially increasing bottom-line contributions further demonstrate Kevin’s hands-on leadership style. As well being very active in non-profit organizations in fundraising and volunteering for over 22 years.

Kevin has a passion for surpassing financial and service objectives via a combination of world-class service delivery, renewed marketing directions, and incentive-driven rewards for team achievement. He understands how to transform high-potential staff into outstanding leaders, demonstrating the creativity critical to financial and operational success, and enabling clients to flourish in turnaround situations, restore profits and institute the essential infrastructure crucial to sustained prosperity.
